How long will it take until my order is being shipped? |
| A: |
Standard turn around time for most products is 3-7 working days, but few items can take up to 10 working days to be made. In rare occasions a material can be backordered, in which case the manufacturer gives us an expected lead time which we communicate to our customer. Please remember that the shipping time from the factory to you has to be added. The day after your order ships we do send an email with shipping information to you. You are always welcome to call or email for an estimated ship date of your order. |

Does Ace of Shades give Quantity Discounts? |

We always strive to give you the most competitive window treatment pricing up front. Should you need 10 or more blinds or have an order that exceeds $1500.00, please feel free to contact us for possibly receiving an additional quantity discount. |

What is the Refund or Return Policy? |

As any and every of our products are custom made products, made to fit your specific size window, no refunds can be given after the time we have submitted your order to the manufacturer. Once production has started the order can not be changed. Therefore refunds and returns can not be accepted. |

Does Ace of Shades offer a color sample program to help me find the right colors? |

Yes we do. For Hunter Douglas products you can request up to 6 sample swatches at no charge, same for Graber products. For Comfortex products we do offer Shangri-La Sheer Horizontal samples at no charge. |

Are the online picture and color samples true to color? |
| A: |
Our online digital images are there to help you find the right product, see textures and colors. However, since the resolution of your screen as well as other factors play a roll in how that image will appear to you, it is not safe to solely rely on the digital image when needing an exact color match. Please request color samples if an exact match is desired. |

We accept all major credit cards Visa, Master and Discover Card as well as Paypal for your convenience. By using Papal you can pay with American Express as well. |

Are there any shipping fees? |

We do offer free shipping for all blinds under 96" in width for the continental USA. Anything wider than 96", a one time fee of $65.00 will be charged to cover the entire shipment. For complete details please read out shipping policy |

What is the handling fee for? |

All manufactures have started to charge dealers a handling fee per item to cover the mounting expenses of processing, packaging, shipping and fuel cost increases. We appreciate your understanding that we see ourselves forced to pass these fees along, as our overall pricing is extremely competitive. |
