Q:
How long will it take until my order is being shipped?
A:
Standard turn around time for most products is 3-7 working days, but few items can take up to 10 working days to be made. In rare occasions a material can be backordered, in which case the manufacturer gives us an expected lead time which we communicate to our customer. Please remember that the shipping time from the factory to you has to be added. The day after your order ships we do send an email with shipping information to you. You are always welcome to call or email for an estimated ship date of your order.

Does Ace of Shades give Quantity Discounts?
A:
We always strive to give you the most competitive window treatment pricing up front. Should you need 10 or more blinds or have an order that exceeds $1500.00, please feel free to contact us for possibly receiving an additional quantity discount.


Q:
What is the Refund or Return Policy?
A:
As any and every of our products are custom made products, made to fit your specific size window, no refunds can be given after the time we have submitted your order to the manufacturer. Once production has started the order can not be changed. Therefore refunds and returns can not be accepted.


Q:
Does Ace of Shades offer a color sample program to help me find the right colors?
A:
Yes we do. Through our convenient online swatch order system we do offer up to 10 sample swatches at no charge, providing that samples are available at the time. We try to have most items on hand, but will inform you promptly should we not be able to fill your request.


Q:
Are the online picture and color samples true to color?
A:
Our online digital images are there to help you find the right product, see textures and colors. However, since the resolution of your screen as well as other factors play a roll in how that image will appear to you, it is not safe to solely rely on the digital image when needing an exact color match. Please request color samples if an exact match is desired.

What type of payments do you accept?
A:
We accept all major credit cards Visa, Master and Discover Card as well as Paypal for your convenience. By using Papal you can pay with American Express as well.


Q:
Are there any shipping fees?
A:
We do offer free shipping for all blinds under 94" in width for the continental USA. Anything wider than 94", a one time fee of $65.00 will be charged to cover the entire shipment. For complete details please read out shipping policy

Ace of Shades has gone to great lengths to guarantee that your personal, payment and email information is safe with us. All information entered into the shopping cart is encrypted and secured to the latest online standards with SSL technology before transmitted over the internet. Are there any handling fees?
A:
Despite the fact that all manufactures have started to charge dealers a handling fee per item, we do not add a handling fee to our products. We try to be very competitive and therefore do not add any fees. Pricing as you see it on our site is what you pay.
